It is time to say “goodbye” to your insomnia in a natural way!

It is time to say “goodbye” to your insomnia in a natural way!

The Brain Balance Program:

    * 1. I want you to figure out which one of your nostrils is blocked? Breath through each nostril separately and figure out which one lets the air flow through easier.

    * 2. Great, once you have done that I want you to block the nostril that is more opened allowing yourself to only breath through the more blocked nostril.

    * 3. Once you have that go ahead and breath in through the more blocked nostril doing a four count inhale and a backward four count exhale out of your mouth.

This technique combined with ‘Relief from insomnia” is amazingly effective! Give it five minuets and observe the slight difference this has brought to you to get rid of your insomnia in a natural way.
