The Insomnia Natural

Insomnia's natural solution

Are you a natural ‘night owl’ or Insomnia natural?

Is it that you have insomnia or is it that you are having trouble conforming to an early bird society?

I found this amazing article in the Science News, it fully opened up the possibilities that some of us have internal clocks that work best at night and some of us that don’t have the internal night clock, but actually have the early bird within.  This is the kind of sleep learning that our bosses need to understand, when we are not talkative first thing in the morning.

The studies look into the sleep and waking systems determining how the body syncs up with light and dark cycles.

These days they can monitor everything from how much sleep you have to if you are sleeping too much, we all know that is not an insomnia’s problem.  There is a lot of information that is provided to them about sleep that helps with the learning process for us all.

The overview of the study is this, two groups “lark” (morning people) and Night owls (Evening people) this is where it became obvious there was a difference.  The larks in the study typically woke up between 4 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. and went to bed by 9 p.m. The night owls, or evening chronotypes, left to their own devices would go to bed at 3 a.m. or 4 a.m. and rise at noon.

As this article spelled out so well for the night owls out there. “Their problem is that they are at complete contradiction to the work schedule of society,” he says.

The results of the study were very interesting, discover a possible reason why insomnia might be plaguing you.  Is your inner night owl calling? Click here and find out.  Learn more about sleeping by following the link below.
