<p>THE SOLUTION:<br /><img src="http://www.theinsomnianatural.com/wp-content/uploads/bd007f2b51cb5c8.png" border="0" width="193" height="138" /><br />It is so easy and delicious, &ldquo;Magic Cheese&rdquo;!&nbsp; One of my clients coined this term, after discovering its amazing ability to have their child sleep through the night. </p>
<p>Give your child 15 mins before bed, a piece of cheese. I recommend string cheese, besides being kid fun, you can easily measure how little you need to give to get your child to sleep soundly through out the night</p>
<p>The &ldquo;Magic Cheese&rdquo; helps keep the blood sugar levels consistant through out the night allowing your child a peaceful sleep. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>MY RECOMMENDATION: as easy as 1,2,3</p>
<p>1) 15 mins before bed</p>
<p>2) String Cheese or Slice of Sandwich Meat (if allergic to diary) PLEASE NOTE: Do not use nuts as your source of protein it is too hard on the digestive system and may also create night terrors.</p>
<p>3) Please also note that I am suggesting only a small snack 15 mins before bed, not a meal.</p>
<p>Settle your child in for a goodnight sleep and settle yourself in to sleep through out the night.</p>

<p>I came across the Interesting article in the The Grand Rapids Press<br />about a group of men that were laid off and developed insomnia, Jim VanderMay coined the phrase the &ldquo;3 am club&rdquo;.</p>
<p>I think we can all relate to that name.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br />I was surprised to learn that prescription sleep aids eventually stop working according to a 2005 National Institute of Health revealed.&nbsp; Surprised might not be the exact word, but it sure did explain a bit.</p>
<p>It is not limited to prescription sleep aids, products such as Tylenol PM, Benadryl and NyQuil have the same essential product working for them: diphenhydramine. The antihistamine is intended to shut down production of histamines which cause allergic reactions. </p>
<p>Are we Allergic to sleeping???</p>
<p>I loved reading this article, because all in all it came to the conclusion we can all relate to,</p>
<p>&ldquo;The 2005 study showed there was only one proven treatment for chronic insomnia &mdash; the hard, regimented work of behavioral therapy.&rdquo;</p>

<p>After the completion of the 4th stage, the 5th stage does not immediately begin; instead, the first 4 stages quickly reverse and are then immediately followed by a REM period</p>
<p>The REM period expands during the night lasting upto a whole hour long creating more vivid dreams. </p>

<p>I found this amazing article in the Science News, it fully opened up the possibilities that some of us have internal clocks that work best at night and some of us that don&rsquo;t have the internal night clock, but actually have the early bird within.&nbsp; This is the kind of<em> sleep learning </em>that our bosses need to understand, when we are not talkative first thing in the morning.</p>
<p>The studies look into the sleep and waking systems determining how the body syncs up with light and dark cycles. </p>
<p>These days they can monitor everything from how much sleep you have to if you are sleeping too much, we all know that is not an insomnia&rsquo;s problem.&nbsp; There is a lot of information that is provided to them about <strong>sleep</strong> that helps with the<strong> learning</strong> process for us all.</p>
<p>The overview of the study is this, two groups &ldquo;lark&rdquo; (morning people) and Night owls (Evening people) this is where it became obvious there was a difference.&nbsp; The larks in the study typically woke up between 4 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. and went to bed by 9 p.m. The night owls, or evening chronotypes, left to their own devices would go to bed at 3 a.m. or 4 a.m. and rise at noon.</p>
<p>&nbsp;As this article spelled out so well for the <strong>night owls</strong> out there. &ldquo;Their problem is that they are at complete contradiction to the work schedule of society,&rdquo; he says.</p>

<p>It is time to say &ldquo;goodbye&rdquo; to your insomnia in a natural way!</p>
<p>The Brain Balance Program:</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 1. I want you to figure out which one of your nostrils is blocked? Breath through each nostril separately and figure out which one lets the air flow through easier.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 2. Great, once you have done that I want you to block the nostril that is more opened allowing yourself to only breath through the more blocked nostril.</p>
